3032 miles later, I have arrived to my apartment in Mountain View.

(I actually arrived about 6 hours ago, but only recently got my laptop out.)

(Also, new car [2008 VW GTI] is awesome.)

So, I guess plans sorta fell apart, and my cross-country riding person will be unable to join me, as he's dealing with moving himself.

Anybody want to accompany me across the country starting sometime next week? (I realize the answer here is almost certainly no.) Oh well.

As I'm graduating, people have been giving me cards, including my parents.

The Spring Carnival Webcams are back again. Watch tomorrow as I and everyone else goes insane for the next week and change.

Handoreza's Battle

Watching it again makes me cringe in some respects, but we had a lot of fun making it. And we totally pioneered the shakey-cam technique before it became so popular. :)

Experiment: Bacon + chocolate (bacon grilled on a skillet, then dried on a paper towel, dipped in a chocolate + butter + half & half mixture)

Results: The chocolate is fairly overpowering, generally tasting like salty chocolate.

Final verdict: Neither good nor bad.

One can never be caught up, just slightly less behind.

Corollary #1:
If one thinks one is caught up, one is simply forgetting or neglecting some assignment or task.
